Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1.1 Orders may be cancelled before order processing due to the reasons of (Initiated by Yitron Sdn Bhd) :

    • Insufficient stock
    • Mispricing of stock
    • Unsuccessful in completing of payment transaction
    1.2 Buyers will not be charged for cancelled orders and refund will be processed within 14 business days in the event of order cancellation initiated by Yitron Sdn Bhd.
    1.3 Orders may be cancelled due to the reasons of (Initiated by buyer) :

    • Mistaken order
    • Duplicate order
    • Change of shipping address
    1.4 Buyers shall be charged on the necessary fees and Yitron Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to buyer for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses in the event of cancellation due to error and/or omission on the part of the buyer which have been provided to Yitron Sdn Bhd.
    1.5 Yitron Sdn Bhd reserves the right and shall abandon the order and no refund request shall be entertained due to error or omission on the part of the buyer for which no disposition instructions have been provided to Yitron Sdn Bhd.
    1.6 Any of the conditions are not fulfilled or do not meet the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Yitron Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request.
    1.7 Buyers are recommended to contact Yitron Sdn Bhd customer service for the advice of refund process and reason of cancellation.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

    2.1 Buyers can apply for exchange/ return with the following reasons:

    • Did not receive the products (e.g. missing items, parcel lost in transit)
    • Faulty products (e.g. printing issues, malfunctioned)
    • Incorrect products (e.g. different products, incomplete sets)
    2.2 Returned products are on buyer’s responsibility until it reaches Yitron Sdn Bhd, buyer needs to ensure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way.
    2.3 Yitron Sdn Bhd will not responsible on the cost for any items that are returned by mistake or unsuitable condition.
    2.4 Buyer is required to provide order number, contact information, exchange or return product information to proceed for exchange or refund.
    2.5 Any requests after 3 days from the date of product received are not acceptable.
    2.6 Exchange is only allowed for the same product. Buyer is only allowed to choose a different products to exchange when the product is out of stock:

    • If the new product is of a higher price, buyer is required to top up the amount.
    • If the new product is of a lower price, there is no cash refund provided.
    2.7 All the refunds will be transferred as store credit which buyers may utilize for the next purchase. In the event of returns and the net order value after returns and cancellation falls below the threshold set out in our Shipping / Fulfilment Policy, buyer may be charged shipping fees.
    2.8 Returns handling time will vary depending on the selected return method and courier of choice.
    2.9 In the event the product returned is not faulty, Yitron Sdn Bhd may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund buyer for the product and/or we may require buyer to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to buyer for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
    2.10 Any of the conditions are not fulfilled or do not meet the Exchange & Return Policy, Yitron Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request.
